Our goal is to provide individualized patient care in a timely manner. "No shows" and late cancellations inconvenience those who need access to an appointment. If necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we require that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Due to the high demand of appointments giving us 24 hours notice allows us to give another person the possibility to have access to the appointment in a timely manner.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appt time or "no show" the full fee of the visit will be billed to your account. This policy enables us to better utilize available spots for patients in need of medical care. Thank you!
